The scale factor is 2.
You can find this by taking the known sides (MN and RS) and dividing the larger by the smaller: 6/3=2

Well, because side RS is equal to MN and RS is 3, and MN is 6, ST is 5.5, meaning that NO should be 11. giving you a 2;1 scale factor.
