And how can I show the work?

so I substituted the x with 3 and 5, got two decimals (27.16 and 16.10) but my teacher says it's not correct, but all she wrote down on my paper was ' subtract now ' and I've subtracted all that I could think of and I still didn't get the answer. Help is much appreciated!

week 3 : y = 119.67(0.61^3) = 27.163
week 5 : 119.67(0.61^5) = 10.107

ur actual question is asking how much more money was earned in week 3 then in week 5. So we subtract week 5 from week 3

27.163 - 10.107 = 17.056...rounds to 17.06
