this would be your equation (method of solving for number of minutes):

m= 75.95- 0.05(m)
f= $18 monthly fee
m= number of minutes used

explanation of above equation:
number of minutes equals, the total amount, subtract the monthly fee. then take the total of that equation and divide it by 0.05, to get the number of minutes (m).
