For the answer to the question above, the answer is $4. Because the wage total is $784.21. Between 780$ and 800$ going horizontally to the jump from 20$ to 7$ which = 13$ by claiming 4 it deducts the 13$ from the withheld income tax giving Mario an extra 13$ of money.
