g(x) = 5 - x^2
g(g(x)) = 5 - (5 - x^2)^2
g(g(x)) = 5 - (5 - x^2)(5 - x^2)
g(g(x))= 5 - (25 - 10x^2 + x^4)
g(g(x))= -x^4 + 10x^2 - 20
