Imo I think there should be an age limit to cellphones because of the fact children get exploited lots. 1 pro to not having an age limit is phones help with everything if ur in an emergency you’d use ur phone to get help

pro- kids get to experience the outside world more and army glued to there phones at such a young age
con- phones are very helpful in emerging and provide something to do when bored
