Which of the following lines is parallel to x = 4?

It would be x=2 because the line x=4 would go on 4 on the x-axis and 2 would go on 2 on the
x-axis

It sounds confusing but look at picture

we know that

The line
x=4 is parallel to the y-axis and is perpendicular to the x-axis

therefore

The line
x=2 is parallel to the line
x=4 , because is parallel to the y-axis and is perpendicular to the x-axis too
