Well first off, we can easily tell the y-intercept is 6. To find the slope, use rise/run for x = 2 to y = 6

The line is going downwards so we have a negative slope: -3

The shading is above the line so y is greater, and it's a dotted line, so the sign is >

y > -3x + 6
