Answer: Q1 - To stretch before the practice, do not exceed yourself while doing it, keep hydrated and follow your workout program with the help of a professional.

Q2- DOMS is when you feel pain in your body after exercising, mainly because you weren't used to the intensity of it. It is caused by rips in your muscles and can be treated by R.I.C.E treatments.

Q3- R.I.C.E consists in resting, icing, compressing and elevating the body part you feel pain in. It helps you to recover from excessive physical activity.

Q4- The difference is where the sprain and strain happen. Strains happen in muscles or tendons, and sprains happen in ligaments. Also, sprains depend on their extent, while strains on their severity.

Q5- Heat exhaustion is caused by severe dehydration while sweating and not hydrating anymore. Heat stroke happens due to the increase of the body temperature in a very short period of time. Both can result in unconciousness for the victim.

Q6- You should change it because otherwise your muscles will get used to the same physical activity and won't be developing anymore after the given period. By changing workouts, you can increase their performance, by for example praticing different activities that stimulate you in different ways.

2) DOMS is when you are sore after your workout. It is caused by micro-rips in you muscles after working out for the first time in a while. It cant be "cured" but it can be eased by using the R.I.C.E treatment.

5) Heat Exhaustion: Heat exhaustion is caused by the loss of large amounts of fluid by sweating. Those at highest risk for this condition include the elderly and those with high blood pressure. Symptoms include: excessive sweating; extreme weakness or fatigue; pale or flushed complexion; clammy skin; normal or slightly elevated body temperature; fast and weak pulse; giddiness; nausea; vomiting; headache; fainting; and loss of consciousness. In most cases, the victim is treated by resting in a cool place and drinking plenty of liquids. Heat Stroke: Heat stroke occurs when the body's temperature rises rapidly, the sweating mechanism fails, and the body is unable to cool down. Body temperature may rise to 106°F or higher within 10 to 15 minutes. Symptoms include: high body temperature; red, hot, dry skin with no sweating; rapid, strong pulse; throbbing headache; dizziness; nausea; confusion; unconsciousness.

3.) The R.I.C.E. treatment is Rest,Ice,Compress and,Elevate. This is basically where you R.I.C.E. your injury to help it to heal. 1) You need to stretch before and after your workout, keep hydrated, and most importantly know your limits. If you feel yourself getting really tired and ready to pass out stop immediately.

4)A sprain is a stretch and/or tear of a ligament (a band of fibrous tissue that connects two or more bones at a joint). One or more ligaments can be injured at the same time. The severity of the injury will depend on the extent of injury (whether a tear is partial or complete) and the number of ligaments involved. A strain is an injury to either a muscle or a tendon (fibrous cords of tissue that connect muscle to bone). Depending on the severity of the injury, a strain may be a simple overstretch of the muscle or tendon, or it can result from a partial or complete tear.

6) When you keep doing the same workout day in and day out, your muscles will get used to it and will never reach their full potential. Changeslike, you can go ride a cycle, go for a football, or any exercise which gives fun and retains muscle potential.

I hope my answer has come to your help. God bless and have a nice day ahead!
