The question provides 2 diagrams which are both isosceles trapezoids.

The trapezoid ABCD is congruent to trapezoid EFGH.

For an isosceles trapezoid, one of the properties is that opposite angles are supplementary, that is, opposite angles add up to 180 degrees.

This means;

\begin{gathered} \angle A+\angle C=180 \\ \angle B+\angle D=180 \end{gathered}

Note however, that both trapezoids are congruent, which means

\begin{gathered} \angle C\cong\angle G \\ \angle A\cong\angle E \end{gathered}

Therefore, we now have that;

\begin{gathered} \angle BAD\cong\angle FEH \\ \angle BAD=59 \end{gathered}

Angle measure BAD equals 59 degrees
