For y=4x+2x2-x3 show how to find the value for y, when x=2 show work

y = 4x + 2x² - x³
When x = 2,
y = 4(2) + 2(2)² - (2)³
y = 8 + 2(4) - 8
y = 8 + 8 - 8
y = 16 - 8
y = 8
Thus, the value of y is 8.
