The correct answer is 1. Mononucleosis

Cerebral Palsy is a neurological disorder that occurs during brain development while in the womb. Hemophilia is a blood condition that is genetic and Sickle-cell anemia is also a genetic condition. None of these are infectious. Mononucleosis or Mono otherwise know as glandular fever is an infectious disease typical in teenagers and is passed on through contact with saliva. It's a virus and spreads.
