average rate of change
just take the normal slope between those 2 lines

we remember
slope=rise/run
notice that it ended up at the same height as begining
rise=0
run is 5-3=2
0/2=0

the averae rate is 0 because the graph went up then down canceling out the up and down

answer is 0
