\begin{gathered} f(0)=-8 \\ \text{and} \\ g(0)=-13.6 \end{gathered}

the factor between these values is


(-13.6)/(-8)=1.7

this implies that


g(0)=1.7f(0)

and this relationship applies for every point in the graph. Therefore, the answer is


g(x)=1.7f(x)
