the answer is B because the opposite would be in the outside

I can help you with the first two problems. Since it's what I've recently studied.
19. Angles 3 and 4 (they are corresponding and alternative interior) are congruent with angle 6.
20. Angles 2 and 5 (corresponding and alternative interior) are congruent with 6.
