OK so the way you do this is that you turn the equation 5y = 20-15x into slope-intercept form which is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. if you turn that equation into slope intercept form by dividing everything by 5 and moving around some numbers you get y=-3x+4. Therefore the y intercept is 4.
