the slope between 2 points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is
(y1-y2)/(x1-x2)
given
(2,-8) and (2,5)
x1=2
y1=-8
x2=2
y2=5
slope=(-8-5)/(2-2)=-13/0=undefined
the slope is undefined
