Question

Would 99.59 rounded to the nearest whole number be 99 or 100? or would it be something else cause I'm having a lot of trouble with this. ^__^

It would be 100 because it is past 50, if it was 99.45 it would round down to 99 but where as it is 99.59 it would round to 100.
