So, those with phones, how is a cell phone a benefit or is it a disadvantage?

Benefit because it allows communication to happen where it wasn't able to before. It allows conversations to occur between people who previously wouldn't have talked, which can therefore impact one's life because of the connections they make and the ideals they may then adopt.

A disadvantage could be that it's a major distraction to people of all ages and a possible source of danger because of the communication it opens up.

Well it's a benefit because it makes communication a lot easier, but it's also a disadvantage because it can get you in trouble and can be a distraction during schoolXDDD.
