add both equations;
3x+2y=-19
-3x-5y=25
o-3y=6
so, y=6÷(-3)=-2
and for x 3x+2(-2) =-19⇒ 3x-4=-19⇒3x=-15⇒x=-5
hope so it will help

x= -5
y= -2
I didn't double check the answers by inputting them back into the equations, but if you want to then you can. Yet I am 99% positive my answer is correct.
