Simple...
you have: 16+28=__(x)__(4+7)
Simplify-->>
44=x(4+7)
44=x(11)
44=x(11)
44=4(11)
44=44
x=4
Thus, your answer.

The correct answer is 4. 16+28=44 and 4+7=11 44/11=4 so the answer is 4.
