So let's work through this. There are 15 + 4 + 1 + 30 tiles, making a total of 50 tiles. The likelihood of the first being red is
(15)/(50), since there are 15 red tiles out of the total 50 tiles. Now you have one less tile in the bag, so you have a total of 49 left. Now the chance of pulling out a green one is
(30)/(49), since there are 30 green tiles, and only 49 left in the bag. Now you have 48 tiles left. There are only 4 blue tiles, so the likelihood of drawing a blue is
(4)/(48). Multiply all these fractions together,
(15)/(50)*(30)/(49)*(4)/(48) = (90)/(5880) = (3)/(196). This is D.
