Answer:

Movie admission:

In 1955 the price was $0.75 and in 2011 the price was $9.50

then we must solve $9.50/$0.75 = 12.67

where I already rounded it to the nearest hundredth.

Then, in 2011 the price was 12.67 times bigger than the one in 1955.

Regular popcorn:

In 1955 the price was $0.25 and in 2011 the price was $4.25

then: $4.25/$0.25 = 17

The price in 2011 was 17 bigger than in 1955

Drink:

in 1955 the price was $0.35 and in 2011 the price was $2.75

then: $2.75/$0.35 = 7.86

The price in 2011 was 7.86 times bigger than in 1955.
