could a person with o+ blood have two parents with o- blood? could that person have a daughter with ab+ blood? explain your answer.

No. You need two type o alleles to make a person with type o blood, since the o is recessive. With "ab" blood, you need both the a and b alleles. Since type o is homozygous recessive, it's impossible.
