Let the number of churros sold be x, then
1.25x ≥ 150
x ≥ 150/1.25
x ≥ 120

Let

x-------> the number of churros sold

we know that

1.25x \geq 150 -----> inequality that represent the situation

Solve for x

Divide by
1.25 both sides

x \geq 150/1.25

x \geq 120\ churros

therefore

the answer is

The minimum number of churros that must be sold is
120
