Answer is a.
6>z(10-z) | z(10-z)<6 | 10z-z^2<6 | -z^2+10z-6<0

Multiply by -1: z^2-10z+6>0

6 > z(10 - z)
6 > 10z - z^2
z^2 - 10z^2 + 6 < 0
z > 9.36, z < 0.64

Therefore, option a is the correct answer.
