Which statement is true about water molecules?

It is the Oxygen atom has a negative charge

NOT They move randomly around one another.

I took the test and whoever approved of this answer was wrong.

Water molecules move randomly around each other.

Water is in the liquid state, where the molecules possess the ability to move around.
