a terminating decimal ends a so 2/3 or 0.666666.. is not terminating, it's repeating, another repeating is 0.345345345345345... (a non-repeating, non-terminating decimal would be pi)

a repeeting decimal like 0.666... would also be represented with a vinculum over the 6 (vinculum signifies a repeating group so 0.345345345 would have a vinculum over the 345 group then stop)

so termination decimals do not have vinculums or ...'s so the second choice (832.15902) is crossed out and all of the other choices are correct
