-3x-2y=1
-4x+9y=-22

-3x-2y=1
-3x=2y+1
x=(2y+1)
-3

-4x+9y=-22
-4(2y+1)+9y=-22
(-3)
(-8y+1) +9y=-22
-3

(-8y+1) + (-27y) = +66
-35y+1 = 66
-35y = 65

y= -13/7 or -1.85714

-3x-2y=1
-3x-2(-13)=1
7
-3x+(26)=1
7
-3x=1-(26)
7
-21x= 7-26
-21x=19
x = -19 or 0.90476
21

So sorry about the delay.
