Text A: Harrison asked, "Did you lose your power during the snowstorm?"
Text B: Molly: If I studied for three months, I still wouldn't be able to pass that test! Text C: July 2, 2010: Ted and I arrived at our swamplike campsite late this afternoon.
Text D: Like everyone else on stage, Hannah was supposed to stand still.

Answer:

Molly - this is because dialogue in a drama does not use quotations or quotation "tabs," dialogue is shown by writing the same of the person saying the words, then a colon, and then the dialogue. Dialogue in a drama is shown like this:

Name: Dialogue

or in this case,

Molly: If I studied for three months, I still wouldn't be able to pass that test!

So the answer is B.

If by drama you mean stage drama, then it's Text B with Molly since with scripts usually have a character name followed by a colon and what their lines are and/or their stage directions.
