Let m<RQS be x, then 5/9 = (90 - x)/90
50 = 90 - x
x = 90 - 50 = 40
Therefore, m<RQS = 40°

We Know, PQS = 90
Ratio of PQR / PQS = 5/9
PQR = 5/9 * 90 = 50
RQS = PQS - PQR
RQS = 90 - 50
RQS = 40
So, option B is your final answer
