((3)/(8))/((6)/(7))=\ \ \ \ | multiply\ first\ fraction\ by \ inverse\ of\ the\ second\\\\ (3)/(8)*(7)/(6)=(21)/(48)\\\\Solution\ is\ (21)/(48).

The algebraic formula for dividing fractions is a/b ÷ c/d = ad / bc. For example: 2/6 * 1/4 = 2*4 / 6*1 = 8 / 6.
