A model rocket is shot straight upward with an initial velocity of 32 m/s. Its upwards acceleration is a constant 6 m/s2. When the fuel is used up at a height of 75m, what is its velocity

using kinematic equation, v² - u² = 2as. u=32m/s. (a)net = 6-9.8 = -3.8m/s². plug these values of u and anet in above equation. v²= 32²-2×3.8×75= 454. v=√454 = 21.30m/s.
