Answer:

For an infant and toddler it is VERY important this person is well trained and recommended. They should already have experience with young children, most likely know CPR and other methods to help if a baby is choking though it would also be important for older children it is less likely to happen. Additionally if they drive or are driving the young child somewhere should know how to put in a car seat For older children this person should be able to have a connection with them when it is a toddler or infant it is not as important but with older children how they act will be based on who they are babysat by. Someone caring for older children should be able to be active because older kids are very active and often into some sort of sport. These people need to be enthusiastic and ready to play with kids.

Answer:

Infant and toddler care is more feeding, diaper changes, teaching basic skills like the aphabet and numbers.

Older children can generally feed themselves, go to the bathroom, and they learn things like social skills, and math or stuff like that.
