Just estimate both numbers of the equation that they both can be divided by.
For example 47.6/5.9 would round to 48/6=8

b- 3,000 divided by 30= 100
c- 9,000 divided by 30= 300
d- 1,000 divided by 50= 20
Just round each number to the nearest thousands/tens. Its simple lol
