you go to the right with the x and then to with the y (begin at zero ).so if your number is (3,5) you go right 3then up 5.

Your points will be at
(2,-3), (-1,-1),(0,1),(1,3),(2,5)
Just pair the x-coordinates with y-coordinates. Mark the points & draw the line on them.
