Well, if you multiply the whole number which is 5, by the numerator, which is 7. Then, add the denominator which is 8, you should get 43/8
5 times 7, plus 8 =43

its 47/8 hope this helped all you need to do is keep the 8 like how it is and then you do 5 times 8 and add 7 thats it
