After unification of Italy, it suffered a lot of challenges which include:
catching up on industrialization, unequal voting rights among its people, poverty, territorial limitations, a needed alliance with Austria and Germany.
Italy was able to survive through these challenges will ultimately resulted to:
a: laws were passed to enhance the political rights of the people.
