5(p + 2) - 2(p - 1) > 7p + 4

Can someone help solve this inequality please?

First, remember to use the order of operations. (Parantheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction). Which would then make the inequality 5p +10 - 2p + 2 > 7p +4. Then combine like terms. Which would make it 3p+12 > 7p +4. Then subtract from both sides to get the p on just one side. Which would make it 8 >4p. Then isolate P. Which would make it 2 > p.
