Given data:

The given table is shown.

The given equation of the second function is y= 3/2 x+1.

The equaton line passing through the points (-2, -2) and (-1, 1) is,

\begin{gathered} (y+2)=(1-(-2))/(-1-(-2))(x+2) \\ y+2=(3)/(1)(x+2) \\ y=3x+4 \end{gathered}

The slope of above line is 3 and intercept is 4.

The standard equation of the line is,

y=m^(\prime)x+c

Compare the equation of the second function with the above equation.

m^(\prime)=(3)/(2)

It means

m=2m^(\prime)

The y-intercept of K function is 4 and y intercept of M function is 1.

Thus, the correct option is (A) and (D).
