The answer is 1.45 + 0.55x ≤ $35; x ≤ 61
x - a number of miles
T - the total amount
T ≤ $35
T = 1.45 + 0.55x
1.45 + 0.55x ≤ 35
0.55x ≤ 35 - 1.45
0.55x ≤ 33.55
x ≤ 33.55 : 0.55
x ≤ 61 miles
