The answer is Sara is taller.

Sara: 160 cm
Michael: 60 in
1 in = 2.54 cm
60 in = 60 * 1 in = 60 * 2.54 cm = 152.4 cm

Sara: 160 cm
Michael: 152.4 cm

160 cm > 152.4 cm
Sara > Michael
