Pair 1 and 3 of polygons are seem to be congruent. So, B is right.

Answer: 1 and 3

Pair 1 is the mirror image of one another and it is shifted 1 unit up. so they are congruent

Pair 2 : the size of green image is increased when compared to the size of red image.

Pair 3: The red image is shifted up and right to get the green image. The size of the image are same. so they are congruent.

Pair 4: The size of the image differs.So they are not congruent.
