6. Select ALL of the correct ways of factor the following: -5x - 15A 5 (x-3)B-5 (x-3)C. 5(x-3)D. 5 (x + 3)E-5 (X + 3)7. Consider the expression: 10x + •15y.Part A: Factor the expression using the GCF.Part B: What is the value of the expression when x = -2 and y=-1?8. Consider the expression: -3a + 6 + 9 - 6a - 3b + 3.Part A: Simply the expressionPart B: Factor the expression using the GCF.Part C: What is the value of the expression when a = 2 and b = -2?

Part A

To factorie 10x + 15y

The GCF is 5

Hence, 10x + 5y = 5(2x + 3y)

Part B

The value of the expression when x = -2 and y = -1

5(2x +3y) = 5( 2(-2) + 3(-1) )

= 5(-4 - 3)

=5( -7)

= -35
