10 1/2 : 3/4
Divide both sides by 3/4 so the hour side is 1:
(10 1/2)/(3/4) :1
(21/2)/(3/4) :1
21/2*4/3 :1
84/6 :1
14 :1
She can wash 14 windows in one hour.
