The correct answer is D. heart disease.

Heat exhaustion is caused by overheating from being exposed to the heat from the sun. Elevation sickness is caused by thinning of the oxygen in the air at high altitudes. Skin cancer is caused by over exposure to UV rays from the sun. These are all clearly climate related whereas heart disease is either genetic or lifestyle related.
