For the answer to the question above,
Frst, divide both sides by cosθ
(this is valid because cosθ ≠ 0 for a solution to exist):
sinθ = 5cosθ
==> sinθ/cosθ = 5cosθ/cosθ
==> tanθ = 5, since sinθ/cosθ = tanθ.
