20% decrease. Divide 3.5 from 2.8 to get 80%. then you subtract 80% from 100% to get 20%.

Answer: The percent of decrease= 20 %.

Explanation:

Regular price of blueberries= $3.50per pint

Current selling price=$2.80 per pint

Clearly, there is decrease in price as 'Current selling price' < 'Regular price'

Now, Decrease in price=Regular price-Current selling price

=\$3.50-\$2.80=\$0.70

We know that Decrease percentage =
\frac{\text{Decreased price}}{\text{Regular price}}*100

=(0.70)/(3.50)*100\\=(7)/(35)*100\\=(1)/(5)*100\\=20\%

Therefore, the percent of decrease= 20 %.
