Answer:

The people coming in and out, roles members have, conflict of interests and collective goods.

Step-by-step explanation:

Group dynamics are the processes which occurs in every group. Let's look at all the considerations:

  1. People joining and leaving: Every member who chose to exit the group or someone deciding to join the group will have a significant impact on the overall group. For example: If we consider the person leaving the group, we can say that the person was the core member of the group and his decision is going to affect the group. In another scenario, the person joining the group maybe isn't required by the group or perhaps he creates misunderstanding between the group members.
  2. Roles member have: The role each member have will define the way the group will respond to different situations and the ability to tackle the problems.
  3. Conflict of interests and collective good: It wouldn't be bad to assume that each member of the group won't have the same interest so how can one make all the group members take a decision which has collective benefit but is against the personal interest of the members.
