To solve, use pemdas. First, we'll start with the top,
-8[(12-6)+3]+4, subtract 12-6 as it's in parenthesis and inside the second pair of parenthesis,
-8[(12-6)+3]+4=-8[6+3]+4, now, add the 6 and 3 as they're in the last pair of parenthesis,
-8[6+3]+4=-8[9]+4, now multiply the -8 and 9 as they are touching via parenthesis, making them multiplied by each other,
-8[9]+4=-72+4, now add the 4 to -72,
-72+4=-68. Now, do the bottom.
9-2(2+3), first add the 2 and 3,
9-2(2+3)=9-2(5), then multiply the 2 and 5,
9-2(5)=9-10, now, subtract 9 and 10,
9-10=-1. Now, divide the top and bottom.
(-68)/(-1) =68/1=68.
